Australia's Roc Oil bids for Horizon
SYDNEY--Horizon Oil Ltd. (HZN.AU) accepted an all-share takeover bid
from smaller rival Roc Oil Ltd. (ROC.AU) worth around 428.6 million
Australian dollars (US$396.6 million), as the two Australian companies
seek greater scale by combining assets across Asia.
